Cancellation Policy

We truly value your time—and ours too! These gentle reminders help us keep things running smoothly so we can give every guest the care and attention they deserve. Thank you so much for understanding! Need to reschedule or cancel? Life happens! Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. You can make changes anytime through our booking site. Once you’re within the 24 hour window, the booking site won’t allow you to cancel or make any changes. You MUST reach out and we promise we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Last minute cancellation? Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service. This helps us cover the time we set aside just for you. Can’t make it? Just let us know as soon as you can so we can offer the spot to someone else and avoid any fees. No call / no show? If we don’t receive any communication and you miss your appointment, the full amount of the service will be charged. A card on file is required to secure your appointment. Don’t worry—your card won’t be charged; it simply holds your spot! On your period? No problem. You’re welcome to come in for your wax as long as you’re using a fresh tampon or menstrual cup. If it’s not the right time for you, feel free to reschedule—we just ask for 24 hours notice to avoid any fees. You MUST have at least 3 weeks of hair growth for any bikini services.
